My name is Amy; I am currently studying a foundation degree with Plymouth University. I have always been interested in young individuals mental health and how this affects other aspects of their lives. Last year as part of an assignment I came up with a fantasy youth project based on young people in the care system; I fell in love with this youth project and how young people in care live their day to day lives really intrigued me. When I heard about this research assignment I spent weeks reading about young people in the care system and their mental health; what I read made me want to know more, this is how I came up with this questionnaire.
