Hello!
I am beginning my search for my biological mother through the state of Georgia Adoption Unit. Within the papers there is a sheet of "Questions for Biological Mother"
I honestly can't think of anything? I know why I was given up for adoption through the non-id info my parents received during the process. I feel like it's an interview - questions are optional, but good to include! Any helpful/basic questions I should include? Much appreciated!

Your non-id may or may not be correct. I would want to ask some questions that would help determine the accuracy of the non-identifying information.
For some, the original non-id is absolutely correct. For others, it is absolutely incorrect. For many, it is somewhere in between.
As mentioned, an in-depth medical history is a good idea. Find out what people had, when they had it, and how they died.
