the name of the hospital you were born, a birth surname, do you have your non id information. have you checked with dhs to see if your birth parents have left a letter for you there in your file. i am not a pro but i will try to help you if you can furnish a little more information.first i would go to dhs in blythville at once and see if there is a message and see if they will give you the non id information. linda_mc_us@yahoo.com
