Where would an unwed teen mother have given birth in the 1960s if she lived in Wellesley? Just stating a search.

Massachusetts has open records for that time period so you can get your original birth certificate at the division of vital records. You will not need to know the name of the hospital (and there are a lot of hospitals near Wellesley!). Good luck!
