Seeking Birth Family

I was born Michael Shawn McCord on March 9, 1969. My birth mother's name is Marie Margaret Claudette McCord and she was 16 years old in 1969. I was born in Kitchener, ON and my birth mother lived at a facility at 143 Wentworth Street in Hamilton leading up to my birth. Any help is appreciated. thank you
