Hi All, My husband and I are from PA, and we are looking to adopt. I am trying to keep this short, otherwise I will write way too much. I have a slight question about the PA infant adoption policy, and I was hoping someone in PA could assist me. Q1 - If I live in PA, can I adopt from a different state? Q2 - If I can adopt from another state, how do the laws work? Does the agency I go through have to be licensed in both states for it to work? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on PA agencies? I look forward to talking to you all!
