Hi! We are looking to move from CA to TX in the next month or so. We have 4 children adopted out of the CA foster care system. I have several questions regarding benefits in Texas: 1) I have always understood coverage would easily transfer. Is this true? 2) I have read on several threads here that not all state Medical/Medicaid is created equal. Does anyone have experience with both of these systems? How do they compare? Medicaid is their primary and only insurance. I appreciate any help you can offer.
