My Adopted Parents Were Told Of My Birth By A Catholic Bishop Having Ties With Denver And St Louis. Believe Birth Mother Came From Denver To St Louis To Give Birth. Adopted Parents Met This Bishop Overseas While Dad Was In Military In 1955. Bishop Was In Denver/st Louis Until End Of 1954. I Was Born 1955. Was Born In Alton Ill At St Josephs Hospital. Birth Mother Had Address On Birth Cert In St Louis That May Be A Dr's Office At Time. How Would My Adopted Parents Have Been Able To Take Me Overseas Without A Formal Adoption Until A Year Later. Where Would They Have Picked Me Up From. Birth Cert Obtained From Illinois Has Not Found Been Of Any Use For Tracking Names. Birth Mother Had Ties With Catholis Church, Obviously. Any Ideas?
