Hello, I am conducting a study about family status and well-being. Looking especially at the relationship between adoption and overall well-being. You are invited to participate in a sociological study to help better understand family status and well-being. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to fill out. You will be asked a series of questions regarding family status and well-being. Your responses will be kept confidential as well as anonymous and the results will be made available to you in the aggregate upon request. Some of the questions you will be asked are sensitive and may result in discomfort.
