Private Adoption

Hi I am new to this board. My husband and I are unable to conceive and after 7+ years of trying everything we could we started looking into adoption. Four years and several thousands of dollars later we are still searching. We were through an agency and we have been searching thru adoption thru foster but to no avail. We have decided to try private adoption but are having a hard time locating bio mothers. Any advice/suggestions/etc would be greatly appreciated.
