So I have a case with two girls I have had in my home for over a year there 1 year old sister also has been in care but with another foster family. DCFS is going to tequest termination and adoption by us. Bio mom is now pregnant again and due in three weeks now family friend wants to step up and take all of the kids even though she knew they were in care this entire time and declined to take them. Would the judge give them to her or will they stay with us??? Worker plans on taking baby into care when born as circumstances have only worsened with parents not gotten better. They have no biological relation and the girls have only seen her once the entire year they have been in our home.
