Hi friends!
I am a part of a few Facebook groups involving transracial adoption. I am a white mama with a brown/black son. I have a few thoughts, but thought I would see what others think: what do you think are important non-negotiable components to raising your child who is a transracial-adoptee?

Like, what are some things you think a parent must do/have/understand when raising a child from another race?
One of the things I think is a non-negotiable need is having people in your childs life that shares their race. Does that make sense?
