Girl DOB 6/26/1964 in Troy, NY Area

I was born in the Leonard Hospital in Lansingburgh, NY on June 26, 1964 and was adopted a few days later. The adoption was arranged privately by a lawyer named Con Cholokis. My birth mother was in her early to mid 20's, had 2 children and was separated from her husband when she bacame pregnant with me. I have no idea if any of this is true (except for my birthday) but this is what I was told. I am looking for my siblings and my birthmother .
