I know a few couples who have placed a child they had together and later gotten married. I think that would be really hard for me. Has anyone else seen this happen or done it themselves? What's it like?

I was searching the internet high and low for a forum with this topic. My husband and I placed a child for adoption when we were in high school and are now married and expecting a child. We have an open adoption and see the family regularly and I am looking for advice on how to tell them we are expecting.
