Hoping to find a foster to adopt mentor

Hi everyone! This is my first post and I hope that I placed it in the correct area. I have spent numerous hours/days reviewing posts because I have so many questions. I have found answers to some but many of the answers are 5+ years old. I am hoping someone can help support my husband and I through this journey. We have a final home study meeting soon and are hoping to adopt through foster care. We are in our 30's and have two biological daughters (12 and 4). We are hoping to adopt a sibling set of two brothers or two sisters. We are currently living in the Southwest, not sure if that matters. Should we send our home study to listings on adoption photolisting? Would it be better to wait for an instate placement? How quickly will our case worker recommend our home study to other adoption workers? I have SOO many other questions!Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!!!
