Looking for my biracial brother born March 4, 1973 at Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville Fl and placed for adoption at Children's Home Society in JAX. Birth certificate name was ROBERT HOUSTON WEEKLEY. SUpposedly a family from Philadelphia adopted him. They already had an adopted Hispanic daughter. I am looking for my brother.
