Hello! My sister and I were in Berlin in the late 80's due to our Father being in the Army. My sister became pregnant and gave her son up for adoption through the military hospital there and requested a US family to get him. How in the world can I find out who would have handled this process back in 1989? Any help at all would be great. We are desperately trying to find him.
