I'm looking for my half sibling. She or he was born late 1984 amd before July 1985. Their father's name is Robert Norman and her mother's name is Sherri Qually. She or he was born in the Jonesboro, AR area. The parents attended Bay High School. Any help is greatly appreciated. I located her mother and it didnt go well. My father doesn't talk about her.
