I'm looking for my daughter

I am looking for my daughter that was put up for adoption when she was born. Her mother left while 3 months pregnant and I never found her. I got a call about a year later from a lady telling me that they adopted my daughter and named her Cordelia Marie. Last name unknown. Long story short because of a Dwi and not knowing where I was going to be living. And the people that were adopting her were a police officer and a registered nurse. I did not stand a chance of winning that battle. She was born March 17 in 2001 or 2002. I need help in locating the people that adopted her to see if they ever said anything to her. All I want really would be to have a picture of her and to know that she made it through the first part of her life ok
