Looking for my brother

Christopher Wade Finley was born june 14,1977 are mother was only 15 years old at the time and keep him but she ended up putting Christopher up for adoption somewhere around 3 months. The people who have adopted him said they wouldn't change first and middle names but changed his last name so I have no idea what it is at the moment. I've been looking for a while and I don't find anything to even know where he is at but I would like to meet him and get to know him some because I have always new about him.
