ISO BIRTH FAMILY

According to my birth certificate I was born March 31, 1969 however it was a closed adoption and I suspect that there is a possibility that my dob was altered. I know very little, these are the facts I do know Irish/German descent Birth name was possibly Kevin, was hard to make out in the redacted document. Poughkeepsie NY Was in a foster home under the name of Corey Ennis I believe I was a little over a year old at time of adoption Adoptive parents have never been forthcoming and have hidden much including to this day the adoption papers.
