I am new to this site and I have a issue. My ex husband lives in SC and is wanting to sign his rights away on my 16 and 12 year old sons. We live in Alabama and I have no idea where to even begin this process. My current husband wants to adopt the boys and that’s what they want as well. Where do I file? SC or AL? Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
