Adoption?

My sister asked me to adopt her baby. She just found out that she's pregnant and she is in no way ready to be a parent again. I just don't know where to start. I'm so excited. I was wondering if anyone has any advice? Will it be easier to adopt since I am a relative? Is there is any legal issues? I discuss it with my friends one of my friends recommended me this family lawyer in Toronto. Has anyone heard about them? Please share your suggestions.
