My wife and I have an adoption completed in Lebanon but are having trouble getting traction on submitting the i600 . We tried to use an Attorney but it appears they are too busy, uninterested or do not know the process despite saying they had some experience. Can someone please help answer... 1) How are people supposed to submit the i600 for an international adoption? By themselves, through an attorney, through adoption agency ? 2) Is there anyone out there at all that might have experience with Lebanon (which few children are adopted from) that can help us ? We are desperate to bring this sweet little boy home and away from this orphanage. Thank you so much!
