Birthfather is now out of the picture. Not by our choice, but by his. We have a very good relationship with our birthmom. We see her once a month this year, then each year after that our visits decrease a bit. We will always send pictures and emails, even when our "physical" visits are only a couple times a year. It would be nice to get a birthmom to write for *adoption.org* of a fairly recent open adoption who has a good relationship with the adoptive parents to discuss some of the other aspects of adoption....not the searching and the hurt of the "not knowing where my birthchild is." Sharon has touched on it a little in regards to her second relinquishment. Do you think that would be possible?
