Searching for birth parents

Hi, I stumbled upon this forum thru google. I am looking for my birth parents in Korea. I was born in Seoul in 1985. Have tried Holt and hit a dead end when they were unable to locate my case number. After researching the paperwork and documentation has led me to believe my birth parents could have falsified their names. I've hit a dead end and open to ideas and suggestions on what others have done to successfully find their birth parents. Please advise. Thank you,
