My husband and I have been together for 10 years and married for 4. We have always had a great relationship, except when we encountered some infertility issues. These issues really took a toll on me, and we ended up separating for 6 months one year ago. When we got back together, we did visit a counselor several times. Our relationship is better than ever now and we both know a separation would never happen again.
We are in a strong financial position, own a home, have no criminal records, and do not have any children.
Could our brief separation be something that keeps us from having an approved home study?
