Looking for sister that was given up for adoption

Hello, my name is Malcolm Goines and I’m looking for my sister who was given up for adoption which could have been between 1982-1984 in Galveston, Texas. Our mother Dora Ann Richards gave birth to her (Juanita Richards) in a Women’s Correctional facility in Gatesville, Texas. They were immediately transported to John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas. Due to our mothers inability to read well she didn’t realize that she signed adoption papers until it was time for her to return to prison and when asked where her child was going, they informed her that she would be place for adoption. She is still living and praying that we find her BELOVED Juanita Richards. I’m not sure if her name has changed but she was sent a picture of her years ago somehow but contact info was hidden to my knowledge. This picture is my profile picture.
