BIO VISITS

Hi everyone, do any of you get tired of visitations? We work full time, and CW bio Mom want to do everything possible to accomodate bio mom, and not us... how do you handle? And what if we just CANNOT do visits on days that they are asking? They also want to increase visitations hours...We don't want the children to move, but we were told if we cannot do on the days that they are asking us, maybe another foster home who can take the kids..meaning placing them in another foster home, the kids are toddlers and have been moved around we are the first home that they have been in for more than 3 months. BM uses drugs but said that she has been sober, and has a job. we were hoping to adopt but it doesnt seem that is going that way. AND bio mom's attorney is SO DEMANDING. Any feedback? They also have maternal grandparents who are interested in taking all 5 children, but are in another state...we were told that that can take long...so for us since we want to adopt we are stuck in the middle do we move them or wait?
