Looking for Birth mom

My birth mom named me Natasha Nicole! She thinks my last name might be Pooler or Phillips. I was put Up for adoption 10/11 months after I was born in bossier city Louisiana. My birth day is June 6 1981 and I was born at Lincoln hospital in New York. My mother was 16/17 at time of adoption. I'm thinking she thinks I was adopted by a lawyer over the case.
