When I was around 18 months old, I was adopted by my biological maternal grandmother and her husband. I'm applying for a government security clearance and the questionnaire asks you to list your relatives. For my Mother and Father, I have listed my legal adopted parents, the aforementioned biological maternal grandmother and her husband). I'm not certain how to handle my other relatives. Do I list my biological mother as my legal sister? Do I list my biological half-sisters as my nieces?
