Hi all, Since my girlfriend isn't very good in English, she asked me to write you on her behalf. Couple of years ago, her adoptive father told my gf that she had a sister named Liliana Patar at birth, AND that this girl was also adopted to Belgium from Romania. The biological mothers' name was Valeria Patar. Liliana was born before 1988, so she is a bit older than my gf. We found the birth certificate from my gf and on which we found her national registry number she got in Romania at birth. We didn't find a medical record, since that didn't exist yet at the time. We just need for someone (police, government) in Romania to inject this number in their system to find a lot of information.
