Can my daughter have a job while relying on the full Adoption Stipend when she moves out?

Hello!! I’m from Upstate New York. I was told a while back that my adopted daughter could still use the monthly stipend when she moves out because I would still be ``supporting her.`` It’s surprising and I’m unsure if it was true or not because a lot of people just say whatever when it comes to that type of work. So if you know for sure, let me know! But, I’m wondering if she gets a job will she still be able to use the stipend as well? Most landlords probably want proof of income etc. and she wants to move out. It’s probably an obvious no but who knows honestly. But, if you're unsure please don't reply, this is important and I don't want misinformation. Thank you!
