Dissolving an adoption

Long story short, I am looking at maybe dissolving my 13-year-old sons' adoption. I adopted him from a dissolved adoption and there were definitely concerning behaviors that were not disclosed to me during our meetings. I hate to be another person to "give up" on him but he is assaultive to another child in our home, lies, manipulates to the point that CPS has shown up at our door. Everyone keeps telling me he needs a higher level of care but PRTC's won't take him due to his aggression so what am I supposed to do now. I doubt someone would be found but if anyone has any advice or insight, I would greatly appreciate it.

This must be such a heart-wrenching position to be in. Have you been able to connect with a social worker or therapist specializing in adoption trauma or behavioral issues?
