Hello. My husband is in the Army. We want very much to adopt. Is there anyway to do it private? I am a PED RN,and we both love children. I am just amazed how it seems that all that is really important is how much money it cost. Not the child's best interest! We have all of our adoption work done. We are just waiting to find a child. Right now we are in North Carolina. But we will be moving to Italy this summer. Anyone have any ideas?

They allow you to chose your child and the cost is around $10,-$12,000 for one or two kids. We are looking into Cathy Harris. Here's the site to look at.
Most people are adopting from start to finish in about 6-9months.

I've been hearing the Italians have been going to Ukraine by the bus load to adopt. I haven't heard anything about Ireland, but Russia and Ukraine seems to be the best way to go if your in Europe.
