I Am Iso Son Born In Peoria May 27th Of 1966. I Beleive The Dr. Was Miller. I Was At Catholic Unwed Mothers Home In Peoria. Adoption Paperwork Was Done 6 Weeks After Birth Due To Need For Surgery For Cleft Palate.
