Have you tried local adoption agencies? The agency I used in Minnesota had support group meetings about once a month for different groups, including singles. I'm a single mom with a 2 year old boy from Romania. Good luck!

I'm a 33 year old single woman who is looking into infant adoption. I just completed my homestudy and am going to make a profile of myself at the end of this month. Then i'll be waiting. There is probably a chapter of Families with Children from China in the area and there are probably singles in the group. I'm in Columbus so that's a little too far from Cleveland but feel free to PM me.
