If anyone is interested there is more info on "waiting children"The Philippine Intercountry Adoption Board sends out to agecnies they work with a "family find" list of waitng children that are harder to place because of special need, or just older or sibling groups. If interested please inquire with your agecny about these children. I know Holt has a listing and Hand in Hand does as well.
