My husband was adopted from Kentucky, in or near Lexington in 70 or 71. We know that he had a younger brother or sister, do you know anything about your birth family at all? We have a birth father name but that is about all that we have been able to find in the last 10 years. Kentucky is a hard state. Good luck and God bless.
