Oddly enough I didn't find the Cradles rates any lower then any other situations several referral agencies are finding. I know the fees were different then Illionios families for me because of being out of state.

and just finalized with our biracial DD in April. She will be 10 months on Fathers Day and we have had her since she was less than 48 hours old...... Just not sure what you all mean by "low cost''..... So PM me for details.....
