Adoptee searching for Birth Mother

I was born in either California, Arizona, or Arkansas, and my birth mother may still be living in one of those states, and I was adopted by a Maryland couple. My birth mother's name is Donna Marie, and her maiden name was Ford. She gave birth to me in the late spring to early fall of 1984. She was born in 1967. At the time of my birth, my mother had blondish-brown hair, and green eyes. She appeared to be of medium build, which is very much the same description of me, only my hair is a little darker, and my eyes are hazel, and a little slanted since my biological father had some Orient in him. If anyone has any information at all, please let me know.
