Anyway, I've been doing a lot of research and I have found the Holt International adoption website to be the most complete and concise, esp. as far as parent requirements are concerned. Not all countries and states will allow single women to adopt, and I'm sure it's tougher for military women to qualify, but I believe that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, perhaps even more so for you because many countries also require that applicants be at least 30 years of age.
