BD ISO BM, Richmond 7/23/71

I had a sister abandoned in Virginia in 71-72 time frame, my Aparents adopted me in 1968-69, and I am looking for my lost sister. My adoptive parents were contacted by Virginia state troopers around 1971-72 to see if they wanted to foster my sister who was also abandoned. I have been told by my Afather a week before he passed, that my birth name was David Weaver. I am in the process of searching myself, just wondered if we might be able to discuss to see if anyhting matches up.
