I know a couple who had been waiting literally years and finally got two referrals in December. They traveled for the first trip to Latvia in February and met the kids and had court. They are leaving in about a week for the second trip to get the kids.

The children are twins (boy and girl) will be 22 months old. They used Puget Sound Adoptions (Rita Pinkley) in Washington state. This is their second adoption for them from Latvia.
