We've had our 2 yr old since birth. BioMom doesn't do anything, shows no interest, but says we're trying to "steal her baby". They are finally filing for TPR and we're supposed to go to court in a few months. Can anyone tell me what's involved in court? Can we bring our own witnesses to tell how well ajusted the baby is with us? How long does the court proceedings usually last? How scary is it? I get nervous in serious situations and want to be prepared mentally for what's to come... Any suggestions/advice!!!!???

I can totally sympathize with you we have a 2 year old
fosster child who has been with us since she was nine months old. We have been just hanging on until tpr (hopefully) in July. It is truely nerve wracking especially in a case where the bmom doesn't show the slightest bit of interest and the courts keep dragging it out. Good luck
