Well, I realize that people's life circumstances can change and what sounded like a great idea at the time is no longer a good decision. Still, a tubal ligation is a fairly common procedure -- I'm not really sure why she did not try that BEFORE getting involved in adoption. To the original poster: the internet is not a good place to solicit funds. If you are serious about having that surgery, please talk to your family and/or friends to see if they would loan you the money. Or consider taking on a part time job to help pay it.
