Looking for Birth Mother & Father

Anyone with any information on an Ellis Reese in Norristown PA that would be great. He is still listed in the phone book (I Think) but his number is blocked on the 411 listings. I am really interested in locating Michael, but have been told he had moved back with Helen, so I think I need to find either Helen or Ellis to find Michael.

I found this site and post by accident. I was thrilled to find my sister looking for me and after 50 years I have a lead due to this site. I have no clue where to go next or what steps to make contact with my sister. This is Michael looking for cookie.

51ashton, This is the problem with archived posts. I checked forum members and she is not under that user name so suspect this archived post is many years old. I also checked the adoption reunion registry on this site (see purple tab above (reunite)) and she hasn't registered on that either. YOU can do that, register that you are "Other" searching for "Adoptee" - you have the details. Perhaps she will find you. You should also check with the PA State "Adoption Medical History Registry, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Division of Vital Records" and ask if they will put a letter in the file for her, should she inquire. Ask what other services they may have to reunite siblings. I'm sorry - you must be so frustrated. Perhaps do a post on Facebook? Ask that it be shared? Kind regards, Dickons

Dickons, thanks for a quick reply and direction. I'm more frustrated about how long it took me to get on the site with permissions to reply. I have limited surfing knowledge and a phone I don't know how to operate that well and no other internet access available to me. Caroles post date shows 1999.

This could be her. I have no idea. I plugged her name in and then looked for someone who was 52 because she won't be 53 for a few more weeks. This is the only one listed.
