Anyone recently adopted from Belarus?

Hello. My husband and I adopted from Donet'sk, Ukraine in October of 2001. We found our son, Seth, who is 6 yrs. old now. We want to adopt a girl and are really interested in Belarus.

We did an Independent Adoption in Ukraine. Is that possible in Belarus?

We live in Missouri, so I heard SWAF has a program.
