The mother is only 18 and this is her second child, first one put up for adoption also. i am more than ready and willing to take on this responsibility that i have been doing already now for 3 months. Hi,

Have you checked with the local county dept of human services or department of jobs and family services.

Where I live, the local folks have an expedited procedure for cases like yours.
