Support in Cedar Rapids IA

Anyone know of a support group for birthparents in Cedar Rapids IA? I would just like to meet some people who understand - which I feel certain most people do not. I have had two babies, a daughter now 18 who may soon be giving me a call and a son 13. I know his birthparents will encourage him to contact me - and they do know who I am. Its so hard to face the reality of what I have lost...
